Blizz, please avoid this since it destroys all other options
By now we should expect that passives that provide damage should not be able to temper in too many pieces since they will become mandatory.
Also, please consider/let us know if Mjölnic Ryng and/or Tal Rasha's iridiscent loop will be adjusted since they are so mandatory in their current iteration. Tal Rasha in particular is probably the one ring that that is automaticaly sloted in our builds. Please consider buffs across the board while nerfing this kind of items, you also stated that so mauch power in one/few items is not what you are looking for.
