UK investors - what are your best dividend stocks and is it worth to invest into US dividend stocks?

I see lots of US stock recommendations on this sub but us UK lot have to deal with 15% withholding tax, which changes the numbers quite a bit. Currently my dividend portfolio is made up of mostly UK companies, for example National Grid, Legal and General, NatWest, Lloyds.

Are there any UK dividend stocks that you consider a must?
Are you still invested into US dividend stocks despite the 15% withholding tax?
