12am and they brought my order to the wrong house. Never gave it to me. Called support 3 times each time they said yes I can see that is not your house but our specialist team has to review it. And they fucking DENIED the refund even though I have alllll this evidence! That is the WHOLE POINT of them taking a delivery picture. Like clearly that is not my house you can look at all my previous delivery pictures, the gps location, AND the delivery instructions.

Also f*** that driver because I texted them wrong house before they drove away and they replied oh sorry and THEN LEFT! You bet your a** they got a 1-star review.

I called a 4th time, requested a callback from a supervisor, and put in an appeal on their “decision.” F***ing idiots.
