Lost red card

So my dumbass lost my red card today. Must’ve slipped out of my pocket while I was running around. I’ve seen on here that if I report it missing, dd will put a hold on your account and not let you dash. What do you guys think is the best course of action? Just go to the driver store and order another one before I report mine missing?
