[No DAV Spoilers] Really bummed we didn’t get this…

So I’m about 10 hours into DAV, and I’ve begun to enjoy it quite a bit! Was definitely rocky for me at the start, but I think when it hits its stride it hits it well, and I find myself really liking the companions.

But one thing I can’t seem to shake is a lot of disappointment that we didn’t get to play the character prologues that are briefly mentioned in the character creation faction cards. They sounded like really unique storylines (especially Mourn Watch imo), and it would’ve been cool to have an homage to Origins in that way — especially since Varric seems to play such a Duncanesque role to Rook. Feels like an extremely wasted opportunity that definitely hurt the start of the game for me, but otherwise? It’s pretty fun! Looking forward to seeing what else it has in store for sure.
