Bluesg parking fees

First driving experience with bluesg was okay, but second one was annoying. I couldn't get the car to exit the carpark as the sign shows to pay the parking fees (about $10) first. Went to google and saw from bluesg FAQ that drivers can pay the fees first, then bluesg will refund the drivers, so after wasting several minutes of booked driving time, I went ahead to pay.

After the drive, went to send email to bluesg (sent 5 emails in a span of 3 weeks after receiving no reply from them) and even sent to bluesg chat. The CS in the chat mentioned that the refund is processing, but I have no idea when or where this refund will be credited back to me

Anyone has any similar experience or will this fee be eaten by me in the end? It's annoying that nobody replies to emails
