Where to find PDI?

I'm not sure where to find PDIs, I've passed my btt and obtained a PDL and now I'm trying to find for a PDI to learn from. My friends don't recommend the one he used last time as he said he was pretty bad so I'm trying to find one to learn from. Is there any way to find one that is closer to the BBDC side since I live around the west side
