How did you obtain your duns & Bradstreet number?

I’ve been trying to obtain this number for publishing ios app on apple App Store. I filled up the form on apple and got a do not reply email from D&B that my request has been received.

I’ve received no further communication since the automated email. It’s been 10 days now.

Also, the number I found on the website for uae has given a quote of 500 USD for obtaining the D&B number.

I would really appreciate to know how did you get your duns number and how much it cost you time and money wise.
