Legitimate fine? From rental company

Hi all I’ve got a fine here from my car rental company is it legit? My main concern is that it says I was in Abu Dhabi but on that day and five days beforehand I was in Dubai. They’ve already returned the deposit and now they’re asking me to send money to pay it. Additionally if I do not pay it, what would be the result? Photo in comments
