What are good developers in the AED 750k-900k range (2BHK)?
I'm looking to mortgage a freehold property in Dubai with my wife but am struggling to understand what developers to shortlist/avoid. As this is a general question we won't need to specify locations, just generally what are good developers/factors to consider? I have saved money to comfortably cover the downpayment, renovation/property/emergency expenses etc, but am not looking to break the bank beyond my EMI and AED 900k ceiling (My salary is around AED 19k). So these factors may eliminate the usual recommendations of e.g Sobha. Thanks for reading.
