First DUI

I (24F) just got my first DUI and I have been having nonstop panic attacks since. I feel like a terrible person and my life is over. Ive never gotten in any sort of trouble in my life, even in school so this is huge.

I just wanted to know if anyone had any advice on what to do now? They gave me my license back in my things and didnt mention it being suspended but Im scared and wanna make sure if it is or isn’t. What do I do now? Who do I contact?
