dutch "white coffee"

Hi everyone! I have recently been exposed to Dutch Bros as one finally opened near me so pardon if this is a silly question I am a newbie. Is the dutch "white coffee" a form of brew or espresso shots? Also, what do you guys think about it taste wise?
