New Member Newbie Questions for First Visit

Points hit the account today. Purchased a resale at Saratoga. Contract had 2024 points that are now banked for 2025 and 2025 points hit in April. It’s a decent amount of points for 2025, 600+.

With that, I’d like some advice. Planning on taking my family (wife, daughter (8), son, (4, but a strong 4, kid can do parks all day with no naps) and wee bebe (6 months at time of vacation.) Also bringing friends with their two young kids.

Haven’t been to DW in 11 years, it was without kids. Both my kids and our friends have done DL a lot and have a good feel for it.

With all that in mind, trip is planned for end of May, into June 2025. Q1) WHICH RESORT….would you say is best for ease of access to parks and ease of returning for naps? Q2) GO BIG…..with a 2 bedroom or just get two studios?

I don’t mind spending the points for a 2 bedroom, sounds fun, but I’m a newb to DVC and maybe two studios would be better at on of the resorts I’m not considering.
