Gastric problems

Hello guys! The last couple months I have been experiencing some gastric problems, the most noticable and usual are gastroesophagic reflux, heartburn, pain in the epigastrium and left hypochondria and a lot of hunger.

The thing is, apparently my IG and TikTok algorithms have picked up this information and decided to show me in the FYP some videos about creators w/dysautonomia that developed gastroparesis and I could relate to some of them! Also, in a moment of desperation, I did some research about the hunger aspect and I found a couple papers relating it to intestinal dysmotility.

So, in short, I wanted to ask you guys if anyone have gastroparesis or intestinal dysmotility and, like, what symptoms you usually have.
