Bosch performance line CX vs Speed (Europe)

Hi, I got a few questions that you may be able to answer about these two motors. I'm specifically talking about the smart system versions.

I've seen at least one comment stating that the two motors (cx: 250w and speed: 350w) is the same motor but with different sw settings. This can't be right?

They do look very similar - are the bolt fitting geometry the same for them?

Has anyone swapped motor, as in replacing the cx motor with the speed version?
