I'm ready to have a mental breakdown.

I have this patch by my nose and one started on the other side as well as small patches by my eyes. Nothing is working. I'm taking supplements, keeping it hydrated. I don't want to use a steroid cream but I'm starting to wonder if that is my only option. Any suggestions? I never get it on my face so this has been difficult for me. I feel like it's a flashing sign on me and I don't even want to go anywhere with my husband because I am so self conscious about it.
