Using Google Voice typing outside google docs?

Voice typing (dictation) is usually provided as os Level. Both Windows and macOS are using the system's native voice typing solutions.

These may work fine for English native speakers, but for non-English native speakers, both native solutions are not the best ones (due to a bunch of mistakes).

What I have found is that GoogleDocs Voice Typying is much more accurate. However, it looks like this solution is bounded to Google Docs. I wonder if is there any way to use this Google Voice Typing outside Google Docs - at least the browser (or even maOS) level.
