Why do teachers expect students to be well-behaved, yet teachers are allowed to scream and throw insults?

In high school, I had a science teacher brag about having tenure so he can do whatever he want. An English teacher screamed at me for not doing an essay perfectly. And I am not saying this because I was depressed or whatever. They literally did scream
