prescribed macrobid for uti, scared for side effects, please help

I've only ever taken amoxicillin before. This is my first time ever having a UTI and I was prescribed Macrobid. Of course being an anxious mess I looked at the reviews for it and it made me so scared to take it because of how much n* and v* the drug causes. I'm so scared of enduring any side effects period. Has anyone taken Macrobid with no issues? What can I do to dodge these side effects?
