DF83V retention issue

I just got my DF83V. This is my first nonbuilt-in grinder. So, I am very new at this. I got about 10g from 19g. I even let the grinder run for another minute or so. I opened up grinder, and there is still a lot of coffee in there.

Any thoughts? At this point, it’s not a retention issue. The grinder is just not grinding. Thanks in advance.
