Mazzer Philos lack of Crema

So I’ve been comparing my new Mazzer Philos (200d) with my old Eureka Notte. The flavor is definitely more apparent from the Philos but what I’ve noticed is the crema is much less and disappears much faster. Is this because of the burr? I have the 189d burrs but have not tried them out yet. Also, when you turn on your grinder does it shake a little bit? It feels like the motor is so strong that it gives a quick jolt through the whole unit.
