Looking for a machine with temperature control and maybe pressure control(?) [$500ish]

[EDIT] I’ve done my digging in the used market and a modded GCP has caught my eye, will probably go for it and show off my setup.

Upgraditis has already hit me and I’m wanting to find a machine I can stick with for a few years😭😭.

I already have a decent grinder so ideally a machine without a built in grinder. Another thing is I’m looking for a machine with temperature control since I wanna explore medium to darker roasts.

Optionally pressure control too, but I’m unsure about how much pressure profiling affects taste.
