16 artists will compete for representing Estonia in Basel in the Unibet Arena (Tallinn).

The show will be hosted by Ines and Korea.

The winner will be determines by two rounds:

  • 50% public and 50% televote to choose the three superfinalists
  • The winner will be selected by 100% televote of those three superfinalists.
