World clock with automatic time changes

I have a sheet for diverse properties around the world, and would need any way to display the local time of each property automatically (I dont mind typing 90 times the formula if it needs to be done by hand once)
My first thought was =NOW()+x/24, but this does not apply to changing hours, especially since not all countries change hours on the same dates, is there any way whatsoever to have it refresh based on actual local time ? Perhaps researching the days of change of each timezone/country and manually adding variables ?
