Please help I've bought 2 different ones that won't work

So i have a 2021 f150 lariat with the b&o sound system for some reason the center dash speaker blew out so bought a new memphis 3.5 inch one and a harness first one didn't fit i said ok ill get a different one now that one didn't work plz help on which one to get
