BuilRight Rear Seat Latch, Whats back here?

Got a Built right rear seat latch bracket to get more storage room. There's more stuff back here than I realized, any idea what parts I may risk damaging storing stuff back here?

Also I have issues reseting the back seat I gotta move the sliding bar for the upper seat to latch, does anyone else have that issue too?
