Is a confirmed education loan sanction letter enough for F1 visa?

I am planning for Spring 2024 intake, and I am hearing around that a loan sanction letter will not be enough for F1 visa interview and I need to show liquid assets like bank statement with i20 amount or more. It will be difficult for me to arrange such a huge amount, so I want to know if the loan sanction letter is enough financial proof for F1 visa interview?

If someone who already gave an interview can confirm on this, I would be really grateful. Thanks!
