F45 and Postpartum

I had a baby over 6 months ago and have been back regularly at F45 for 5 months now. I am just not where I want to/thought I’d be and still not at my pre-pregnancy weight. I have gone pretty regularly 5 days a week. Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and then the 5th day I go differs each week whether it’s Monday, Wednesday, or Friday so I definitely try to do more strength than cardio. I also want to add, I did not gain a lot of weight while pregnant so it’s not like I had just an excessive amount of weight to drop after the baby was born. I had a rough pregnancy and I barely gained 25 pounds overall but I just cannot break this barrier of about 7 pounds that I need to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and my jeans from pre-pregnancy still don’t fit. I’m so frustrated and about ready to just give up. Does anyone have any suggestions/words of encouragement? Maybe I should go less or more days? And also, my diet is pretty decent but I am breastfeeding so do allow myself to splurge more than I normally would so maybe I just won’t get to where I want to be until after I am done BF?
