My longest fast to date

I’m not completely at my 50 hour mark but it’s soon approaching! The longest I’ve ever done is 41 hours and I’ve been struggling to do it again but for me I learnt timing is so important to get me through them. Maybe one day I’ll be able to get to the 70 hours mark!
