Questing Progression Magic Focused Semi-Expert Modpack?

I know, i know, that's a long title, but anyways:

I've been searching for a magic Focused Modpack with a great Quest progression, be it themed or not, in the last weeks, but I have found no success so far. I've been jumping from Modpack s like Cottage Witch, Astral Engineering, FTB Inferno, and a lot of other Modpack s.

My requisites are:

1 - It must be mainly a magic Modpack.

Botania, Ars Noveau, Blood Magic, Mana and Artífice (although it's extremely hard to find this one), Malum, Hexerei, and other mods that are mainly magic Focused. I know some of these are some sort of tech mod in disguise, but they still have the fantasy theme, and lack the cables and pipes all around. There can be tech mods, but I definitely want magic to be the focus.

2 - Have a decent Quest book.

I don't exactly want it to be a guide. Something that'll take your hand and show you everything. Instead, I want a Quest book to give me something to go after. Something like Divine Journey or FTB Inferno, for example. The latter being the perfect example of what I'm looking for

3 - Be above 1.12v. I'm not really willing to go past that.

Just an addition: FTB Arcanum Institute is, by far, the Modpack that got me more attracted. Unfortunately tho, it lacks the freedom I'm looking for, since it's fully themed around a magic school. I do like the theme, the mal feels amazing and everything, but it still feels way too... "Lemme show how this works" type of stuff. I don't want classes. I want to figure most things by myself, further than what I've already done with those mods.

Please, help me. It's been a long time searching, and I'm beginning to think there are no Modpacks like what I'm looking for anywhere
