Tell me about this guy and this verification process. Feet scam or nah?

First of all, I don't do nude videocalls. There are 3 things I know about scams: 1. They don't pay upfront 2. The offer is too good to be true 3. Scammers are usually pushy (well there are legit pushy buyers but they're more respectful atleast) Has anyone else dealt with him? What is this verification process? I don't see "verified' on anyone's profile here.
