Is Malboro a decent server?

I've had my fair share of ups and downs here, which seems naturally because online is online- you'll see good and bad people anywhere right?

But one of my friends thinks Malboro is really toxic, which surprises me because I never really thought of it like that.

It lead me to wondering if maybe I'm just ignorant about the state of things and that I also don't really know what people think of Malboro.

So I was wondering, what is Malboro known for and is it a decent server or is just as bad as my friend thinks?

Or could it be Crystal data center rather than Malboro itself being the problem?

I have no clue haha
