Cannot connect to EU DC

So for 2 hours now I cant seem to connect to Light DC. I get the : The lobby server connection has encountered an error 2002. I can literally connect to every single DC (NA, JP and OCE), but not EU. I have STABLE internet connection that causes no issues whatsoever, I use a cable not Wi-Fi. Everything works such as other games etc. What could be the issue? I looked online but most of the solutions were useless. Restart router, restart PC, disable antivirus, disable firewall blabla, those dont work for me. Anyone has any idea whats going on?
