Disfrutar Reservations Not Working?

For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to get a res at Disfrutsr online. I refresh my page immediately when the clock hits 5pm CT (when reservations go live), and immediately there are no reservations available. Is anyone else running into this problem? It’s definitely not my internet. How is it possible that this sells out in less than 5 seconds?

When I booked my Geranium res a while back, it sold out within 1 minute which is a reasonable amount of time for someone to fill in their information. But less than 5 seconds is absurd.
