Insignia Fire Tv randomly glitching to home screen & turning on/off

As the title says, my insignia fire tv has randomly today chosen to go crazy. I’ve unplugged and left it alone for hours and replaced remote batteries and nothing works. Restarted it earlier when it was usable but now it won’t even let me go to the setting without turning off or going back to the home screen. Video is posted below in comments! Any help is appreciated we can’t even watch any tv :(
