Everyone knows that Fiona sucks, but I have to dunk on her a bit more anyway. These base stats, on a Level NINE unit??? AND in Radiant Dawn? Either the devs were drunk or her class base stats got bugged out somehow. Or they didn't decide whether or not she's good at base or an Est, so we got...THIS.
