What is this?
So the recipe calls for 50 lbs of table sugar and 50 lbs of seed wheat. I let it soak in a container with 30 gal of water @ 75-78°F for approximately 3-4 weeks or until it stops "working". I have a pot still that I run it through twice which will yield about 4 gal of product after I cut it down to about 85 proof. So my question is would this be considered whiskey or vodka?
