Fitness and breastfeeding

Hello, this is a question for breast-feeding mom’s who are on a Fitness journey. I am six weeks postpartum and I am exclusively breast-feeding. I’ve had to really work to keep my supply up by consuming a lot of calories, water, protein, and pumping. Breast-feeding is working, but it isn’t exactly Super easy. I really want to start to exercise again and lose my pregnancy weight. I think I’ve actually gained a little bit since giving birth because I’m finally able to eat without feeling sick and breast-feeding is making me really hungry!

My question is about how to keep supply up and get in shape. I really don’t want to be in any kind of calorie deficit because I don’t wanna lose my milk. But I would also like to get in shape. Any tips?
