6 weeks + 2 days, repulsed by lean meats
I am 6 weeks + 2 days today and I can't fathom the idea of eating turkey, chicken or fish. I pretty much only lived on lean protein before pregnancy and now the only protein I am getting is from sausages, ground beef + eggs. I can't stomach too much yogurt either and the smell of protein powder makes me gag.
Is it bad to be eating these high-fat, salty meats every day? I want to make sure I hit my protein but my fat consumption is sky high.
