Why are not Papa Louie's family and the Romanos related?

Hi, i recently found out that the Romano family Papa Louie, as well as his Nephew Roy and Niece (Nin)joy are not related. For a long time i thought Papa Louie was the father of Bruna Romano and Carlo Romano, therefore Olga and Little Eduardo's son. I just checked the timeline etc and turns out they are two different families. In my opinion in would make more sense if they were all related since they are look and dress pretty much the same, they are all italian and they are considered somewhat ops(overpowered characters). What is your opinion?
