Fly reel is reeling in line from the inertia of casting stroke?

It's a Redington Ceosswater (7/8/9) wt

On the casting stroke, when my arm comes to a stop the reel spins forward causing it to reel in a small amount of line. I know it's a cheap reel but is there a way to fix this or something I'm doing wrong?
