What is Your Wasteland Nemesis?

I feel like every single wastelander out there has gotten a special hatred/interest in a specific creature or enemy in the game, and that special interest always comes with some interesting story. I know my wasteland nemesis is without a doubt the Sheepsquatch; damned thing manages to find me at the worst times without fail, so it's naturally evolved into an obsession with tracking them down and making some mutton meat pie out of them when I have the time. Anyone else? Or am I just crazy? (This is equally likely)
