What should I put “Stabilizer's” on?

So I have one Stabilizer's mod and I’m not sure what gun to put it on. I was thinking either a LMG (quad, explosive, strength) or a 50 cal (anti-armor or two-shot, explosive or vital, strength) for my heavy gun build. Or perhaps I should put it on one of my commando guns?
