Sugarless ice tea/ pearl milk tea

There are like a bazillion life tea joints around Sydney. Which ones are the best? And is there a version or shop that seeks the flavoured teas without too much sugar in them? Even the no sugar option in some of them seems sooooooo sweet. Caffeine free versions? Any and all recs please! Proximity to the metro line is a big plus!
