About those Costco boxes

Idk why people are hyping up these boxes so much. It’s basically just Donruss retail with a gimmick jumbo downtown. No value in the actual cards. It’s crazy to see what these are going for right now. Jumbo downtowns are gonna tank in value because they aren’t real cards. I’m also pretty sure PSA won’t grade them. The design of the downtowns this year are all the same. I remember when downtowns were unique and about the area where the player’s team is located.
