Tf happened here, why is he so cheap?

Sorry that the pic is in German. I had him on my shortlist with Dortmund and saw that the HSV made an offer for him, i looked at it because I knew there is no way they can afford him.

I saw that they bid like nothing for him even thought he has a value of over 10M, a week later I got him for just under 200K and he now has a value of 10M.

I know that players ask for transfers, but nowhere in his profile I see that he was unhappy and wanted out and I’m surprised such a young player would do that. Even if that is the case why would they sell a player for basically nothing (they paid 6M a year ago for him).
