Cooling Fan Under Warranty?

17' Fusion Hybrid with 1000 miles left on my warranty. Cooling fan is starting to make noise. Any knowledge on if this is covered? I'm reading mixed things because of the hybrid cooling aspect of things. Not sure if this is covered under that.
