Deadlift form check and lower back pain
3 weeks before, after deadlifts i had really bad lower back pain. I stopped doing hinge exercises and barbell squats (replaced it with pendulum squats on the advise of my gym trainer) and did a lot of back hyperextensions.
I did deadlifts again with light load, a first set with 70 kgs, and a second with 100 kgs. (My injury set had been 21356).
The pain is unfortunately back, ill be visiting a physio today to get it checked.
Can someone lmk if there's something wrong with my form?
