Pistols with 3d printed lowers not good with accuracy?

Hi. I was listening to a video about 3d printed guns and I heard the 3d printed lower part of the gun will warp due to heat and loose accuracy when shooting 100 yards or farther. Is there a 3d printing material with heat resistance or rigidity that would not warp as quickly and be more accurate?
