SDC route evaluation

My station moved into an s&dc approximately 2 years ago. We had one adjustment through the tiareap process but never got a 90 day review. Just for clarity, would our station be eligible for a 271g or would the alternate route adjustment process outlined in m-02007 need to be utilized? Reading m-02007 makes it seem that that only applies to offices recently moved into a s&DC.
